O2feel e-bike warranty periods

  • Frame: 5 years
  • Electrical components (excluding wearing parts): 2 years
  • Mechanical components (excluding wearing parts): 2 years

Application of the warranty is subject to the electric bike being registered on our website under the “Register your bike” tab, or presentation of the purchase invoice for the electric bike showing the client’s identity, the product purchased, the date, the serial number of the frame and the battery.

The O2FEEL after-sales service determines whether the warranty or charges shall apply in accordance with the elements called for in order to establish the cause of the breakdown or fault. To do this, the after-sales service may request photos, videos or the electric bike being taken to a dealer’s electric bike workshop.

The products sold on the O2FEEL.COM website may give rise to a contractual warranty, the duration of which is indicated on each product sheet on the website. Throughout the warranty period, O2FEEL shall undertake to provide the components guaranteeing the bike’s operation: the aesthetic aspect (component colour) and their identical replacement (component brand or range) shall be subject to O2FEEL stock availability.
